  • a distinct and pleasant bitterness,
  • an extremely light, straw and golden hue,
  • an excellent thirst quencher at any time of the day; refreshing and rich in flavour at the same time; an ideal companion to food,
  • re-fermented in the bottle,
  • high natural carbon dioxide content,

Piwo
Bernardyńskie

The beer’s name and recipe refer to the Bernardyńskie beer brewed years ago in Grodzisk Wielkopolski. Its smoky aroma and flavour are supplemented with bread-like and hop notes topped with distinct bitterness. This is a beer for fans of distinct and full flavours.

Piwo
Bernardyńskie Ciemne

The legend of Bernard the monk is a part of Grodzisk Wielkopolski’s tradition. Bernardyńskie Ciemne beer is a token of our appreciation: the beer is rich in flavour and aroma, owing to a combination of wheat malt smoked with oak wood and smoked barley malt. Bernardyńskie Ciemne has a mild flavour and an attractive aroma with slightly smoky chocolate notes. The flavour evokes memories of caramel and bread, with a pleasant bitterness at the finish. It is a dark beer for anyone on the lookout for a complicated flavour to savour. This beer re-ferments in the bottle.

Naturalne
redcurrant flavour

A light, smoked wheat beer with a redcurrant note. It represents the Grodzisk tradition rediscovered. While this combination of flavours seems surprising, it was, in fact, discovered many years ago. In the past, the enthusiasts of Grodzisk beer tended to serve it with fruit juices. Back then, this excellent combination of the smoky notes and fruit flavour was also appreciated.
Piwo Naturalne offers a subtle redcurrant flavour and aroma juxtaposed with a smoky note. When poured into a glass, it enchants the eye with its splendid colour. It is light and refreshing and offers a unique combination of flavours.

Piwo
Naturalne
elderberry flavour

A light, smoked wheat beer with an elderberry note offers a surprising, yet excellent combination. It is a homage to the old tradition of serving Piwo z Grodziska with fruit juices. Back then this excellent combination of the smoky note and the fruit flavour was also appreciated. Piwonaturalne is flavoured with elderberry which has its own name (“hyćka”) in the region of Wielkopolska; this is a very refreshing, tasty and interesting beverage. The elderberry aroma easily combines with the beer’s smoky notes and the hop bitterness at the finish. This makes the beer exceptionally pleasant and unforgettable.
